Southland Healthcare and Rehab is Hiring an Unit Manager (RN or LPN) Near Dublin, GA

Southland Nursing & Rehab, a 90 bed facility located at 606 Simmons St., Dublin, GA, is hiring a UNIT MANAGER (RN or LPN) to work both short term rehabilitation and long-term care.

Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Unit Manager utilizes a general understanding of the principles of Nursing and basic physical assessment skills in the development of and implementation of individualized Nursing Care Plans to ensure that overall management of the day-to-day clinical operations and the nursing care that is delivered to the residents. Delegates the coordination and implementation of resident clinical services to appropriate staff.

Requirements:

  1. The Registered Nurse must be a graduate of an approved school for Practical or Vocational Nursing and must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
  2. Experience is preferred in geriatric or rehabilitative Nursing
